    Following this EOI email you will be contacted with options for fabrics and final pricing, MOQs plus dates.  To proceed with an order you will then be sent an Invoice.

    The fabric is Milled in India and then printed at another specialist Mill also in India and then shipped either to Sydney first if you are from Sydney or sent to you direct worldwide.

    FABRIC OPTIONS:
    This pattern will be offered in the following fabrics:

    - ECOVERO™ 90gsm (white)

    - TENCEL™ SATIN  135gsm (Light Ivory)

    - LENZING MODAL™ 135gsm (white)

    MOQ. Minimim Orders per print pattern is 20 metres.
    Price is determined by final Meters ordered bulk.

    ECO-DIGITAL PRINTING:
    LENZING MODAL™, TENCEL™ and ECOVERO™

    These fabrics are organic and Eco-friendly.
    The inks are 100% plant base, biodegradable and approved for babies by OEKO-TEX® Standard.

    THE MILL IS CERTIFIED WITH LENZING FABRICS PLUS GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILES STANDARD.

    Lenzing fabrics will come with the appropriate fabric swing tags and use of logos and eco-details to use on your PR & marketing.

    This Mill is also certified organic, fabrics such as our organic cotton, must be grown and produced under stringent standards that relate to the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. To be labelled organic, the fabric meets the international standards set for fibre production and processing by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard).

    ECO-PRINTING IS 100% WATERLESS ECO-DIGITAL PRINTING.
    ​​​​​​​Our printer is designed to reduce waste in fabric, ink consumption and electricity making it an energy and material conscious printer. The printing is in-house and uses the innovative and eco-friendly NeoPigment™ digital printing technology created by Kornit.

    The revolutionary process uses zero water in the printing which includes no pre-treatments, washing or steaming. Aside from being water free, the integrated process eliminates the need for external or additional chemical pre-treatments. The inks are water-based NeoPigment™ and are 100% free of heavy metals, formaldehyde and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE), making them non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable.

    Our MILL in INDIA is SA 8000 Certified which is an independent body that enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards child labour, forced labour and inhumane treatment. They certify that workers are paid a liveable wage and work regular hours.

    Turn around for milling is approximately 30 days but not guaranteed.
